In this CD, Deepak’s insight about quantum healing is fascinating and easy to grasp. I can visualize more accurately and more clearly the inside of my body. This is proving very helpful when meditating and going within to learn my body and for healing my body. It is freeing to understand how intelligent my body is and how fluid and ever-changing it is. It is constantly renewing itself. It is constantly transforming. I have a deeper understanding of how my thoughts and attitudes affect my physical wellbeing but from an interior perspective that is very visual and deeply beneficial.
